What is included in the project price?
The package page shows exactly what is included in each website package. Any additional work outside that scope is discussed before it is added.
How much do I pay to start?
The website checkout collects a 50% deposit: £297.50 for Starter, £497.50 for Business or £875.00 for E-commerce.
How long does a website take?
Timescales depend on the selected package, content readiness, feedback and any additional integrations required.
Who provides the website content?
You provide the essential business facts and source material. We use that information to build the agreed website.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
Web hosting and domain registration are separate from our website design packages unless specifically included in your agreed project. Hosting can be purchased separately through The Web Cartel.
How are payments handled?
The initial 50% website deposit is paid securely through Stripe. The remaining project balance is handled according to the agreed project terms.
Who owns the finished website?
Once the agreed project balance is paid, the finished website and supplied project assets belong to you, except for clearly identified third-party services, fonts, software or licensed materials.
