Do you need access to our Facebook Page?
Yes. We will need appropriate access to your business Facebook Page so approved content can be scheduled and published. We will explain what access is required during setup.
Do you reply to comments or Messenger messages?
No. The standard service covers content planning, creation, scheduling and publishing. Community management, comments and Messenger conversations remain with your business unless separately agreed.
Does the service include Facebook advertising?
No. Paid Facebook advertising and advertising spend are not included in the standard Facebook Management plans.
Do we have to provide the post ideas?
No. Content planning is included. We will need information about your business, services, news and priorities, but we can turn that information into suitable post ideas and content.
Can we provide photos or information for particular posts?
Yes. If you have photographs, announcements, offers or business updates you want included, these can be incorporated into the agreed monthly content.
Is there a contract?
There is a three-month minimum term. After the initial three months, the service continues on a monthly basis.
